Prescription and Over-the-counter (OTC) Medications

Prescription medications cannot be returned for refund once the item has been dispensed or has been sent out for delivery. Unwanted prescription drugs can be returned for safe disposal (no refund given).

Over-the-counter (OTC) Medications cannot be returned for a refund once they have been sent out for delivery or leave the pharmacy.

Vaccinations

Refunds cannot be given for administered vaccines.

Cosmetic and other Retail Products

We are happy to accept returns for unwanted products (Right to Cancel), provided the items are unopened and unused and the packaging is undamaged. We must receive your returned product within 14 days of purchase. Proof of purchase will be required.

Exclusions

The following items cannot be returned within the terms of our refund policy:

• Products sealed for health or hygiene issues (medical, personal care or personal breastfeeding products where the customer has unsealed the goods after delivery.
• Medicines

This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty, incorrect, or damaged goods.
